Resuming after a long absence

I'm back now after few days of ambivalence.. Well, if you still remember, the first day I decided on putting on paper my first diary, I made a covenant with myself not to stop this daily habit no matter what happens.
However, I wasn't faithful to this solemn promise, and quickly drew myself from the troubles of this, somehow, tiresome responsibility. Well, Now I declare it both to myself and to any body reading this diary that come what may, I'll try my best not to stop this beneficial habit of pouring my heart out and getting many secrets and responsibilities shared with others on the one hand, and improving my writing, which is of big concern for me and a preliminary step to grasping this language, on the other.
Having said that, I'd like now to provide a small summary covering the last couple of days before I begin talking about my today's events. The most important event I deem special compared with the other monotonous revision days, is the coming of my friend and colleague Mohamed Maalej to my home. Actually, he didn't spend with me the whole day, as he arived on Wednesday at 3p.m, and spent around two hours and a half. This short visit was really extremely funny for me. We settled ourself in front of the PC and started googling many oriental music-related things such as the singers and their latest news-if I ever call them news!

We also tried to search all the songs on my computer's hard drive, but, as usual, my friend was choosy about music that should be this year's release and not that of three or four years ago.
Mohamed is that kind of humorous and funny man whom rarely do you notice under the weather. So he started joking about the uselessness of finishing with our Master's degree as unemployment is in its highest rates in this country. Additionally, he sardonically mentioned his meeting with the manager and owner of Al-shamia factory, to see if there was any opportunity of employment for him. But, as was expected, he was told that they weren't in need of any employees then, and that he keep waiting for a probable future job opportunity with them. He told me also that he hadn't started revision yet because he spent the first week suffering from a pain in his stomach, while the second week was full of many errands that didn't leave him much time for revision.
My mother was so generous with our guest, as, before his coming, she asked me to go out and buy something delicious to be presented. So, I bought two croissents that my mother presented with a hot and delicious cup of coffee. Afer that, we enjoyed a glass of tea. Being a special friend to me, I gave him some documents and summaries to have a look at for the remaining days.

Today wasn't that special; I woke up, dressed myself, got my coffee, then started with the last lesson of Learning Theories. I spent the whole day without being able to finish the lesson, as if it were a newspaper lenght.
At lunch time, I was called as usual to sit at the table with the rest of my family members, except my brother who was asleep then, and didn't wake up till around 4p.m--about three hours later.
For lunch, we enjoyed tabikha, a traditional and very popular dish.
Good night.
